Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival

The Blue Mountains Ukulele Group invites you to enjoy the best fun you can have in the Blue Mountains in the summer... our next annual Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival, will run across the 13th, 14th and 15th of February 2026 (this includes Fri the 13th AND Valentine's Day!!)

Our multi-award winning event, the Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival is held annually in and around the iconic Carrington Hotel, 15-47 Katoomba Street, Katoomba NSW. For accommodation enquiries ring the Carrington on 02-4782 1111.

The Festival is based in and around multiple venues at The Carrington Hotel, as well as extending to the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre for workshops and the local venues for open mic sessions.

On Friday it begins with a dinner & show in the Grand Dining Room of the Carrington Hotel. Phone the Carrington to book for dinner - tickets for dinner will be posted closer to the time of our next festival - and can be booked by phone (02-4782 111). There is sometimes an alternate event held near the Carrington Hotel on the Friday evening .....stay tuned for details (or follow us on Facebook for updates).

Join the festivities on Saturday as there are performances from acts from across Australia and some guests from overseas too! There is usually a workshop held for ukulele beginners through to advanced players throughout the day. Included with your festival ticket.

On Sunday there are more performances as well as organised jams and strums for everyone to join in. All this is also included with your festival ticket.

This is your opportunity to enjoy some of Australia's best musicians, who also happen to play the ukulele, in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

More information about our festival in 2026 will be added here closer to the time... so watch this space!
